Google Stories
Google Stories, located on the Search homepage, provides a visual format for entity based information. For its launch in Q1 of 2019, I worked closely with the Product Manager to develop strategy for image assets and scalability for post launch processes. I managed a team of researchers, created workflows and collaborated with developers for ingestion. After launch I introduced new mediums to the product including GIFs and video.
Google Stories: Live Coverage
After the launch of Google Stories, I began working on a new feature that would showcase timely content using curation and live algorithmic visuals during a live event. The pilot event was the 91st Academy Awards Ceremony and included content on the nominations leading up to the event.

Google Maps: Live Events
Google launched event coverage on Maps where viewers could get real time time information on any given event including road closures and true to life imagery. I worked on the launch as a product manager for all of the imagery. Starting with major events around the world as pilot (Carnival, Pride and the Olympics), I developed a strategy for collecting imagery and defined licenses and created a style guideline. I created a workflow to scale this process and worked closely with the product team on ingestion to product as well as the design interface.
Google Maps: Dining
Google Maps introduced a new interactive product titled Local Discovery. Within this, dining began producing interactive lists for users to explore. I worked as the project manager on the launch of this product developing style guidelines for the hero imagery as well as implementing workflows for assets collection and ingestion.
Google Maps: Activities
Similar to the dining content, activity lists were introduced to Maps as part of the Local Discovery launch. I worked as the project manager on the launch of this product developing style guidelines for the hero imagery as well as implementing workflows for assets collection and ingestion.
Google Maps: Zagat Dining Videos
Moonlighting as the pilot of user generated video content on Google Maps, I produced close to five thousand shoots at hundreds of restaurants around the world for Zagat (then owned by Google). I managed the visual guidelines for the content as well as collaborating closely with the development team on the implementation of the videos to Maps.
